Ayurvedic Healing Retreat

Cathy leads an annual retreat to a stunning Ayurvedic Wellness Retreat Centre in a quiet village on the Kerala coast. The retreat is organised by Journeys of the Spirit who take care of the logistics for participants.

The retreat includes a private room in a bungalow in the leafy gardens, three delicious meals a day suited to your specific constitution, energy sessions and gentle guidance from Cathy and a personalised Ayurvedic treatment program which includes daily therapies and herbal medicines prescribed by qualified Ayurvedic physicians.
